Nathan Webb, Associate

Family Law

About Nathan Webb

Nathan Webb joined W. Fitzsimons & Associates after completing his legal studies at Vermont Law School in 2024 and admittance to the Vermont Bar in 2025.  Nathan recently worked in legislative advocacy with Rural Vermont to strengthen family farms and support sustainable local food systems. Before law school Nathan ran a solar-powered and wood-fired pottery.  He taught ceramics at Dartmouth College for a decade.  He was a middle school teacher and has coached soccer and track.  Nathan enjoys time outdoors during all seasons, and by many means, be it running or walking, hiking or biking, swimming or skiing, or perhaps just sitting for a spell.

Areas of Practice

While earning his Juris Doctorate Nathan helped clients resolve family matters and do their estate planning at the South Royalton Legal Clinic.  He was also a Clinician at the Institute for Energy and the Environment, focusing on the roll out of out clean energy technologies and policy solutions.  It was this keen interest in the energy choices being made at all levels of government that sparked Nathan’s decision to study law.
